About Me
I am Jameson Ackerman and I am a student of Intro to Film Design at Red Bank Regional High School. For one of our projects I was tasked with making a website and this is the All About me Section where I will discuss what I do.

Ever since I was a little kid I always enjoyed playing basketball. I started playing in a church league when I was six and I never stopped playing. Part of the reason I started playing and why the sport sparked my interest was because it was constant action and non stop running. This plays into the reason for why I enjoy running in addition to playing basketball.

Having a lot of hobbies in addition to playing a sport can be very difficult when it comes to finding time for everything so I try and cherish the time that I get to do the more relaxing things in my life. I always loved fishing every since my Uncle Dutch taught me how when I was in second grade. The first time I fished was in Vermont and I was hooked after I caught my first fish. I learned to cook from being around so many people in my family that love to cook. Both my Mom and Dad's sides of the family are both brilliant in the kitchen and it was just something that I picked up as I spent more time around family and got older.

After Preschool, I first attended elementary school at Navesink elementary school up until the end of my third grade year when I moved to Shrewsbury. I was nervous at first like most kids moving to a new school but I quickly found friends that I am still friends with to this day. Years went by and my friends and I moved on to the next chapter at Red Bank Regional where I am in the process of finishing of finishing up High School. I plan on attending college after I graduate.
What Projects do we do?
In the Film Design class, students engaged in diverse and creative projects utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro to develop compelling visual and cinematic content. Notable project involved the creation of film posters using Photoshop, where students demonstrated their proficiency in graphic design, photo manipulation, and typography. They applied advanced techniques such as color grading and composition to convey the essence of their films and attract audiences.

Get to Know Them
The TV/Movie combo picture was inspired by combing the movies Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back and Back to the Future. This project was called "Star Wars Back to the Future". The Miscast project was a miscast project where you cast an actor who would not play the role well. The one letter off project picture shows what would happen if one letter in a movie was changed. The holiday card post was a project done right before Christmas break. The define video I used the word nosology to create an image and a video to follow that. I used the song Photograph by Nickelback to create a music video and album cover with me on it.
